Shannon Paige is a licensed psychotherapist and mental health advocate committed to helping individuals reclaim their power, manage their emotions, and rewrite their internal narratives. She is licensed in Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, and Maine, and brings a compassionate, no-nonsense approach to supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups.


With extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Shannon specializes in treating imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and communication challenges. She provides her clients with the tools they need to speak up, show up, and stop shrinking in spaces where they belong.
