Refund Policy

At IamFirstGenBoss, we offer a range of digital products, including journals, eBooks, affirmations, and templates designed to support first-generation leaders and entrepreneurs. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

If you are experiencing issues accessing or downloading your product, we will work with you to ensure successful delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot (if applicable)

We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a working copy of the digital product.

 

3. Duplicate Purchases

In rare cases where a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, we may offer store credit for the duplicate transaction. Proof of purchase may be required.

 

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without authorization, please contact your payment provider or bank immediately. We are not responsible for disputes not brought to our attention within a reasonable time.

 

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of product understanding

  • Accidental purchase

  • Incompatibility with your device (please check product formats before purchase)
